It was with great sadness that we experienced the closure of Pleasure Island back in September. But if you have an annual pass for the Island you need to act quickly if you want to exchange it for a partial refund.
Stop by Guest Services and they will give you a pro-rated refund depending on how long you have held the pass for. Apparently there has been some confusion about the refund process so stand your ground and ensure you get the correct amount refunded.
Unfortunately you have to surrender the pass so if you want to keep yours as a souvenir then you’ll just have to forfeit the refund.
