Customised map - Magic Kingdom

Disney themeparks are packed full of rides and attractions and you’ll struggle to see everything in a day. To help you maximise your time in the parks it helps to make a list of the attractions and shows you want to see - and work out a plan of attack for each park.

Disney.com has a great feature where you can customise your own park maps - to get started simply head on over to the website and log in or register.

Each park has a list of attractions - with a photo and a brief description - just add the ones you want to see to the map. When you have finished you will your favourite rides listed and marked in blue on the map.

If you are outside of the USA you will then have the option to print your maps out at home - and use them to plan your day at each park.

If you are a US resident then you can ask to have your maps printed up and posted to you - for free! I’m quite jealous because this option includes keepsake-quality maps in 14″x20″ format - and a set of golden stickers to mark any new favourites you find during your trip.

These customised maps are definitely dual purpose - use them to help you plan your trip and make the most of your time in the parks - and then when you get home print copies with your favourite attractions to put in your scrapbook or photo album.
